D4VD Hires Top-Notch Lawyer After Teen’s Death – True Crime

Since the discovery of Celeste Rivas Hernandez’s body in the Tesla belonging to David Anthony Burke, aka D4vd, he hired a top-notch lawyer. Read on for more details about the latest true crime development.

The Attorney Who Was Hired

Citing a report by LA Magazine, the Instagram account of Hollywood Unlocked shared news about how the singer hired a high-profile lawyer for his defense. The move comes as the LAPD continues investigating the death of Celeste Rivas Hernandez. In the past, many followers seem very unhappy with the way the investigation is proceeding.

In the post, the admin noted once again that D4VD isn’t a suspect. They reminded folks that the medical examiner listed Hernandez’s cause of death as “undetermined.” Consequently, officials cannot officially rule out foul play or classify the case as a murder.

After Celeste’s “dismembered and rotting remains were discovered in his abandoned Tesla,” many folks expressed their opinion that D4VD is guilty. However, the rising star isn’t waiting for the court of public opinion to convict him.

Reportedly, he hired Blair Berk, a “top criminal defense attorney” who previously “represented a slew of Hollywood celebrities,” including Harvey Weinstein and Britney Spears.

In the comments section, folks don’t seem at all surprised that the R&B singer finally retained some legal help. After all, while he’s not been arrested, there seems to be way too many possibilities that there might be a link to him. Well, apart from the fact that the Tesla was registered in his name.

Additionally, another person felt strongly that he wouldn’t have cooperated with the cops if he killed Celeste.
