Beyond The Gates Spoilers: Dani’s Meltdown – Pops Off When She Learns Andre Knew About Ted & Leslie’s Affair?

Beyond the Gates spoilers hint that the community of Fairmont Crest has been reeling since Leslie Thomas (Trish Mann-Grant) dropped her bombshell about the affair she had with Ted Richardson (Maurice Johnson) decades ago; a fling that resulted in Eva Thomas’s (Ambyr Michelle) existence.

As fans have seen in the past, the Dupree family sticks together, through and through, so how will Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) react when she learns that Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman) knew about his Uncle Ted’s affair before it was revealed?

Dani Dupree & Andre Richardson Are In A ‘Situationship’

Andre and Dani aren’t exactly boyfriend and girlfriend, and some may get a bit of the ick from this couple as Andre’s “aunt” Nicole Richardson (Daphnée Duplaix) is Dani’s older sister. Still, it’s important to note that Andre is Nicole’s nephew through marriage and not blood.

With that said, as Andre and Dani don’t have a romance, and he was sworn to secrecy, should Dani be upset if and when she learns he kept Ted’s secret? Plus, he’s kept secrets from Dani (her drinking), so would she be a hypocrite if she was upset at him?

Hindsight Is 20/20

In all fairness, Andre learned about the affair some weeks before Ted and Nicole’s anniversary; however, that may not be what Dani’s upset about. After all, when Ted confessed to Andre, he thought about telling Nicole, but his nephew swayed against.

With that said, this may be the reason Dani will hit the roof when she finds out about Andre’s lies – not so much Andre keeping Ted’s secret but convincing the man that he shouldn’t step forward and tell Nicole the truth.

Had Nicole known, Ted would’ve stolen Leslie’s thunder – he may have even earned Nicole’s respect and trust. Not to mention her forgiveness.

Still, should Andre be blamed as the reason Ted’s relationship with Nicole went south? After all, Andre isn’t exactly a relationship expert – he seems to love to hop into bed with the ladies, but not so great at commitment! So why ask someone with zero relationship experience about relationship advice?
