B&B Spoilers: Carter Shut Down – Hope’s Is DONE With Him

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) failed to make amends. Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) is over him.

Some tried to warn Carter, including Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). They said Hope was using him and that her tie to his business takeover was the reason why they were a couple.

Carter rejected Steffy’s comments as part of the Forrester-Logan rivalry. He was hurt by Ridge’s comments, believing that his best friend didn’t want to support what was assumed to be a strong connection.

Steffy Forrester Finnegan Spotted Con First

Hope was attracted to Carter., But she was strongly drawn to what his achieved position could do for her.

Carter’s brainchild was to transform FC into a luxury brand destination. He joyfully pitched the idea to Ridge and Eric Forrester (John McCook). Ridge’s reception was chilly and was backed by Steffy.

Eric rejected Carter’s vision, believing it was too aggressive for the family business. However, Eric made a prudent decision when green-lighting Carter’s request that the jewelry line be revived. Of course, Forrester family involvement made that an easy sell.

Carter Walton Refocused On Business

Carter knows that he is on an extended trial period. Eric and Ridge reinforced that they want him in his original position at the company and on the Board of Directors.

However, he’ll need to reestablish trust over an extended period before both men feel comfortable. That’s fair considering he used deceptive practices to, in effect, steal the company from them.

Appointing himself as FC’s Manager was a shrewd legal maneuver. Ridge and Steffy weren’t overly reflective when discounting their oversight. The takeover could have been avoided if they had read the LLC documents they asked Carter to create.

Instead, Steffy and later, Ridge, shifted the majority of the blame to Hope. They believed she manipulated Carter’s mind through the use of romantic emotion.

In daytime reality, all involved deserved their share of credit for creating a temporary embarrassment for a fashion house with a stellar reputation. Thankfully, it appears that the company’s reputation has been restored or is on the way to being there.

Hope Logan Forced To Get Serious

Hope’s scent of power made her behave selfishly. She suffered the consequences of her amoral actions by eventually losing her job and the loss of her fashion line.

Her behavior created consequences that will lead to an extreme contrast. Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) terminal diagnosis is something Hope must become aware of because it impacts their daughter, Beth Spencer (Jordyn Lynn Ariza).

Noelle’s character will shift her demeanor and recognize what’s currently most important in her life. It’s not power in business, but Beth’s father and the man Hope has loved for years, survival, which is in jeopardy.
