Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) may have gone a little too far this time. Of course, she was invited to Forrester Creations latest showing.
She has reconciled with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), so of course, she was added to the guest list, but there is no reason for the good doctor to be backstage getting in the way.
Take A Seat, Taylor, Preferably In The Audience
After arriving at the show, Taylor wanted to go backstage to wish Ridge luck. That’s fair enough, and she did that, but then she decided to hang around to support her man.
Ridge was too busy to pay her any attention, and Taylor created a literal mess after colliding with someone.
That should have been her cue to go and take a seat but instead, Taylor thought it was a great time to fight with Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang).
Any other day, Taylor might have had a valid reason to confront Brooke, but not today, not in the middle of the backstage mayhem.
Brooke was legitimately busy and tried to diffuse the situation, eventually by walking away. At that point, Taylor should have realized that this wasn’t the time and left Brooke alone, but she was on a mission.
Taylor followed Brooke into a dressing room and shut the door so that she could berate her in private, unintentionally locking them both in.
Brooke then lost it because she is supposed to walk as the showstopper, and now she can’t even get out of the dressing room.
Eric Forrester (John McCook) hand-selected Brooke to wear his greatest design for the show, and now she is at the mercy of someone hearing her yelling from behind a closed door down the hall.
Taylor Is Already On Borrowed Time With Ridge
Taylor may tell everyone that she and Ridge are now rock solid and better than ever, but that doesn’t make it true.
Yes, he ran back to Taylor right after believing that Brooke had betrayed him, and he began planning a new life with her, but that doesn’t mean that Ridge will stay. In fact, if history repeats itself, then we know that he won’t stay.
Everyone puts Taylor on a professional pedestal, and her crashing the Forresters’ special day with nothing but negativity and disrespect is not going to sit well with Ridge.
In fact, it may give him the excuse that he is subconsciously looking for to go back to Brooke.
Who do you think Ridge belongs with?
