Sister Wives fans realized that Maddie Brown Brush had an issue with her dad, Kody Brown when he dissed her on national TV in Season 19. Actually, he spent several seasons blaming everyone but himself for his failed family. This time it was Maddie’s turn and she was labeled a gossip. Can she ever forgive him and reconcile?

Maddie Brown Brush Opens Up On Her New Podcast

Maddie recently got Sister Wives fans excited because she launched a new podcast. Called The Authentic Society, in her first intro, she revealed that her dad was unhappy because she lived with Caleb before marriage.

In her second podcast, the Sister Wives daughter revealed a lot more about her relationship with Kody Brown. Most TLC fans know that Maddie Brown Bush has three children, Axel, Evie-K, and Josephine with another one on the way. But, she took her time telling her dad about Josephine, which illustrates how estranged the Sister Wives stars are.

Maddie Brown Brush & Kody Might Reconcile?

You might remember Janelle Brown claiming that Kody Brown had no right to call out their daughter Maddie for being a gossip. After all, she claimed that the Sister Wives patriarch leaked like a sieve. Well, no doubt other burning issues arose over the years.

Maddie Brown Brush explained what went down:

I have no contact with some of my family, and it’s because of stuff that has happened. [My dad] doesn’t have any respect for boundaries, and you have to play by his rules, and I just don’t care to do that. My dad would get very angry…so I went no contact.

She also mentioned other problems like the way they communicate differently. For example, Kody Brown seems very aggressive, so the TLC star prefers to move away from the toxicity. Of course, TLC  fans have witnessed out-of-control enraged Kody on the Sister Wives show.

Kody Brown Lost His Daughter For Good?

Janelle’s daughter claimed that plenty of people message her and tell her that she should put her differences aside and make up with the man who never bothered to meet his grandkids in her home. But she won’t be bullied, it seems. She said:

I don’t think you know what you’re talking about because your experience with your dad could be very different than my experience with my dad.

Right now, it seems as if a reconciliation is unlikely and neither party wants to come to the fence and be the first to put a hand out to the other. What do you think about it all? Do you agree that it’s probably better to lock toxic people out of your life? Or do you think an effort should be made to fix things with family members?
