Prince William Becomes WFH Royal

Prince William Becomes WFH RoyalPrince William is establishing himself as a work-from-home (WFH) Royal. This comes amid his wife Kate Middleton’s cancer battle. Last month, the Duchess of Cambridge shared she was diagnosed with cancer.

Prince William Returns To WFH Duties

According to a new report via The Daily Beast, Prince William is returning to his duties as a WFH Royal. He’s returning to his full-time responsibilities this coming week. He has many digital appearances and in-person appearances that will increase his “impact.”

Sources told the publication that his work schedule is a “template” and “dry run” for his future reign of the country.

William took a step back after Kate Middleton’s cancer announcement. He returned to the public on Wednesday, April 10.

In a post on X and Instagram, William paid tribute to English player Rachel Daly, who announced she was retiring from her international game.

“Thank you for so many unforgettable performances with @Lionesses, @RachelDaly3,” the post read. “Plenty more goals for Villa now! W.”

She will continue to play for the women’s team at Aston Villa, which is also the Buckingham club William supports.

It was his first social media post as he returns to more public-facing duties in the coming week. Kate and William’s kids also returned to school after taking their break.

Royal Makes Return To Public Life

Prince William is making a quiet and slow return to public life. This will continue his digital engagement as a slow step into his responsibilities as a royal.

William wants to combine his commitment to being a “family man” with a “WFH” approach that works for the best of his family.

William was criticized for not sitting alongside Kate as she shared her cancer diagnosis with the world. He’s spent most of his time at their country home at the Sandringham Estate.

The source told The Daily Beast that he is preparing for “a dry run at being king much sooner than he might have imagined.”

This refers to Prince William’s father, King Charles III, who had to take a step back from his public royal duties due to his own cancer treatment.

William is currently the only royal who is actively working. Kate received support from her family as she sought treatment and rest from cancer.

The Kensington Palace hasn’t commented on William’s plans. Most of his work will be conducted online. However, he should be seen back in public as soon as this month.
