The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers document that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) feels confident. She has been managing the company her famously ruthless father founded. Victoria has also been managing Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), or so she thinks.

Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) is riding high at this point in his second career. The transition from doctor to businessman was forced through the slug his cousin, Devon Hamilton Winters (Bryton James) delivered.

Victor likes Nate and does not have an issue with his relationship with Victoria. But the true Newman Enterprises head does not want his daughter’s love life interfering with business.

Victoria believes she deserves to sit in the chair her father purchased. She made an ultimatum to him in the recent past.

Either the Moustache could appoint her to replace him as Chief Executive Officer at Newman Enterprises or she would leave. Victoria, like her other siblings, gave their father the slip many times. So, her threat was real.

Victor adores Victoria, with her firstborn status and namesake stature being important. He loved that she approached him with strength and gave her run of the throne, conditionally.

The Great Man still calls balls and strikes in his step-back from day-to-day business life.

Y&R Spoilers – Nate Hastings Learns From The Past

Nate continues to say that he learned from the mistakes he made when conspiring with Victoria to try and overthrow Devon, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), and Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) at Chancellor-Winters.

Dominic’s character also believes he learned from betraying Devon when coupling with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy). But then he betrayed her when switching to Victoria.

Telling Victor that he had no intentions of repeating his business mistakes while at Newman Enterprises was purposeful. He also said that accepting Victoria’s offer to be Newman Enterprises’ interim Chief Operating Officer did not mean he intended to take Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow).

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman Puts Two On Probation

The individual chats Victor had with Victoria and Nate sent a combined message. He put them on notice, and they know it.

Genoa City, Wisconsin’s newest couple believes they allayed Victor’s concerns. But they also realize that he will be eyeballing them indefinitely.

Victor does not plan to allow Victoria to push Nick out. He also does not want his endorsed CEO to make other moves that mix business with personal matters on Y&R.
