The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease that Jack and Kyle Abbott (Peter Bergman, Michael Mealor) will take matters into their own hands. They’ll find the no-tell motel room where Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) killed Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) but will they find what they’re looking for?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Michael Baldwin Needs Evidence

The Young and the Restless spoilers show Jack, Kyle, and Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) were shocked when Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) confessed he’d seen and talked to a living Phyllis; even though basically, Daniel lied. Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) couldn’t hold it in and she had to tell someone-so she told Daniel, even though Phyllis told her not to-she couldn’t trust him. It turned out that Phyllis was right, because now he’s told Jack, Kyle, and Michael only Daniel said he was the one who saw their mom instead of Summer.

But Michael, if not Jack and Kyle, knows some of the details of the Jeremy Stark murder case-and what Daniel told them fit. But still, to keep Phyllis from being arrested and exonerate Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) Michael says he needs hard evidence; and no one knows where Phyllis is.

Y & R Spoilers – No One Wants To Involve Chance Chancellor-Yet

No one wants to involve Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) yet-since what Daniel confessed would be considered hearsay in a court of law, and could get Daniel in trouble as well. He shouldn’t know those kinds of details of Phyllis killing Stark with a pair of scissors, self-defense or not, if he wasn’t there, and Stark’s body’s been found.

It was out of Chance’s jurisdiction but he’s been keeping in touch with the sheriff whose jurisdiction it is, sharing information, the body having been dumped in a river. Because Jack, Kyle and Michael know those details because of the impacts on Diane’s case, it gives Jack and Kyle a place to start looking for Phyllis.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – If Not Phyllis Summers Herself, Evidence She’s Alive

Jack and Kyle find the cheap hotel room where Phyllis and Stark had stayed, thanks to the location of the river and Daniel’s details-a dead body would be hard to drag. Phyllis is a strong woman, but she couldn’t have drug Stark’s dead body for very far-and when Jack and Kyle break into the room, they can see the sheriff tagged it. But the sheriff suspects whoever killed Phyllis also killed Stark, and Chance agrees with that theory, so they wouldn’t be looking for evidence of Phyllis’ life.

Kyle asks Jack, who was careful to use a tissue so they wouldn’t leave any prints on the door knob, what they should be looking for. Jack’s not exactly sure, but feels confident that they’ll know when they find it.
