Omid Scobie Claims William Mocked Harry’s “Oh-so California Self-importance” With Friends

“Endgame” may not have been well-received due to its racism claims, but it actually does contain many other details aside from the controversies surrounding the naming of the alleged royal racists.

One of those is a detailed look at William’s relationship with his brother. Cracks started to publicly appear in their relationship when Harry and Meghan announced that they would be stepping down from royal life.

Soon after their move to the US, they sat down on Oprah for a tell-all that was so controversial, Scobie claims it rocked the very foundations of the institution.

Harry’s Grievances Did Not Stop With The Oprah Tell-All.

Through his interviews and book “Spare,” he complained of generational pain, being served to the media on a platter and not having many meaningful childhood experiences, among many other things.

“I was summoned to provide backup, distraction, diversion and, if necessary, a spare part,” Harry wrote of his unimportance in the hierarchy of the monarchy. “Kidney, perhaps. Blood transfusion. Speck of bone marrow. This was all made explicitly clear to me from the start of life’s journey and regularly reinforced after.”

Writing in his book, Scobie said that William believes that Harry has been brainwashed by an “‘army of therapists’” and therefore is no longer the brother he knew and grew up with.

He added that William told several friends were displaying nothing more than an “‘oh so California’ self-importance.” Harry, on the other hand, seems fine living in Montecito with his wife and two young children.

However, sources close to him say he’s open to kick-starting communications with his family and healing the rift.

In fact, prior to Scobie’s book releasing, it was reported that Harry eyed a Christmas invite at Sandringham with the rest of the Royal Family.
