Here’s what you need to know.

Royal Family News – Meghan Markle Might Write A Memoir Of Her Own Next

There are new reports that suggest the Duchess of Sussex has even more to dirt to dish about the royal family and the time that she spent living behind closed palace doors. One source close to the situation has even hinted that she’s contemplating writing her own book just as her husband Prince Harry is about to release his memoir, Spare.

The tipster said, “I would find it surprising if Meghan didn’t publish her own story. Spare is clearly Prince Harry‘s chance to tell his, but hers is equally compelling. I mean, how many actresses end up marrying a prince?”

But then again royal critics have pointed out that Meghan’s story is one that has been told several times now. A lot of her story was retold in the docuseries, Harry and Meghan. Earlier in the month, it was reported that Harry and Meghan scored Netflix’s highest UK rating in a year – and that’s only for the first volume. The doc saw a record-smashing 2.4 million views on smart TV devices during its first day on Netflix. The second episode had 1.5 million streams, while the third installment managed 800,000. And just to think, these are just the numbers from across the pond.

What’s more, Harry and Meghan also managed to beat The Crown Season 5, which generated 1.1 million streams during the first day of its premiere. During the first volume of the series, while the Duke and Duchess of Sussex didn’t make any personal jabs at the royals themselves, they did talk a lot about the supposed ‘invisible contract’ the royals have with the British press, some of the racism that Meghan Markle had endured while she was in the UK and also touched some on Britain’s colonist history. The series called the Commonwealth a “privileged club of formally colonized nations.”
