Josh Duggar Allegedly Punished For Breaking Prison Rules

Josh Duggar Former 19 kids and Counting star, Josh Duggar was sent to a federal prison, FCI Seagoville, Dallas, Texas. Some TLC fans wondered if he was likely to run into trouble with other inmates. However, he allegedly managed to run into trouble through his own actions. So, the son of Jim Bob and Michelle now reportedly has to face his punishment for breaking the rules.

The federal facility apparently isn’t a place where people violently attack their fellow inmates. Reportedly, the TLC personality is unlikely to be in danger as some media outlets have claimed. Mind you, in the past, inmates have filed complaints because of physical violence. Nevertheless, it seems to be an uncommon occurrence. Clearly, the facility workers have a good grip on preventing that. However, they can’t seem to control everything.

So, some 19 kids and Counting fans might wonder if she helped him break the rules in the prison. Naturally, it’s not possible at this stage to verify that. The nature of the allegation does indicate the possibility that someone with external contacts probably helped him to break the rules. Actually, inmates seem to damage to break all sorts of forbidden activities.

The Sun USA edition reported that Anna’s husband had allegedly broken the rules in the prison. With Josh in prison, he can’t just access the internet or pick up the phone and call home at any time. In fact, For breaching rules in the prison, he might even lose some communication privileges. The outlet noted that their source, apparently an inmate in the prison, revealed what happened.

Allegedly, the source claimed that Josh Duggar went to “the SHU for having a cell phone.” If Josh Duggar is in the shu, then TLC fans might wonder if he will be okay. Apparently, the  SHU at Seagoville is the equivalent of being placed in “solitary confinement.” The source claimed that the “SHU is so bad that the regional office was just down there to see what was going on.”

Josh Duggar could shorten his time in prison if he becomes a model prisoner. In fact, good behavior could knock some years off the time that he stays behind bars for C-SAM-related offenses. Actually, it will be interesting to see if he really did break the rules and was sent to solitary confinement, if he loses good behavior time.

Josh still hopes to get off for his crimes. Reportedly, he claims that he was blindsided and restrained when the feds arrested him. Although no handcuffs were used, he also claimed that if he was denied contacting his attorney. Furthermore, he was denied access to a vehicle to obtain legal counsel.
