Sister Wives spoilers reveal that, according to Showbiz CheatSheet, the episode, “A Polygamist Divorce” aired on November 6, 2022. The official description of the episode reads: “Christine drops off Ysabel in North Carolina and informs her sister wives that she is relocating to Utah in a week as her house is under contract. Kody divulges that he does not consider himself married to Meri any longer.”

The last half hour of the episode centered around a row between Christine, Meri, Janelle, Robyn, and Kody Brown. In the previously recorded episode, Christine informed the family that she had sold her home and was moving the following week.

Gwendlyn Brown – Is Angered By Kody’s Aloofness

It was Kody’s dramatic and infuriating response to Christine’s news that set the whole fight in motion. It was also what upset a lot of fans and, apparently, Gwendlyn who had never seen the episode when it initially aired. However, she reportedly confessed that she was not left completely in the dark about her father’s behavior.

However, upon reviewing the Season 17 episode as per her YouTube channel, the TLC personality expressed ire toward her dad calling him “manipulative.” The moment that set Gwen off was when Kody said he wouldn’t care if Meri married another, revealing at the time that he no longer even considered him and Meri, who he wed first, 30 years ago, to be married.

“It is so unfortunate to see my dad going off about how he and Meri basically have this ‘done’ relationship,” Gwen said of the moment. “They haven’t had a conversation about it, and I think that’s what’s so important about what my mom did with him. But she told him to his face that they were over.

“Kody hasn’t done anything. He’s letting Meri believe in this fantasy that he’s created so that they can somehow work on their relationship. It feels completely manipulative to me. He’s keeping this information from her and letting her be in this loveless relationship with this false hope that it’s going to be fixed,” the Sister Wives alum said.

She went on venting and made several revealing remarks. “How does it benefit him to stay with all these women,” Gwen wondered. “Does he consider them trophies? Does he consider them his path into heaven? I don’t understand why he feels a humongous necessity to be with them still.
