GH Spoilers: Trina Supports Spencer — Who Suddenly Doesn’t Know What His Life Should Look Like

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is going to fill a pretty big space in Spencer Cassadine’s (Adam Huss) life soon as she becomes his biggest ally and supporter in his fight for custody of his little brother, Ace Cassadine.

On top of the stress that the legal battle will bring into Spencer’s life, he’s going to be stewing over what Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) did to him for some time. Finding out he was just a ploy in her game with Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) all along has thrown Spencer for a loop, and he feels like an utter fool. Trina is the perfect person to help him piece his ego back together again.

General Hospital Spoilers — Spencer Cassadine Is An Orphan, Again

Once upon a time, Nikolas faked his death and disappeared for three years while he worked to regain his rightful inheritance of the Cassadine fortune from Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). During that time, Spencer truly believed his father was dead and grieved the loss terribly hard while in the care of his grandmother, Laura Collins (Genie Francis).

Now, his father may not be dead but he’s just as absent from his life. There is no sound on the other end of the phone when he calls. There is no expectation that Nikolas will return to Port Charles. All that Spencer is left with is the knowledge that he is the one who let Esme and her sinister father into their lives to destroy his relationship with his dad, and he can’t even tell Nikolas he’s sorry.

GH Spoilers – Tease Trina Robinson Feels Like One, too

Trina’s parents may be readily available to her, but that doesn’t mean she wants to be anywhere near them. Her mother, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) lied to her for nearly twenty years about who her father is. Now that she knows Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) may not be her biological father, and that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) could be, she’s not really ready to face any of them.

She can’t stomach the pain she sees all over Marcus’ face, and she’s not ready to commit to doing a paternity test to help settle the discomfort and unease written all over Curtis’. As for Portia, she’s not sure how she will ever look at her mother the same way again.

General Hospital Spoilers — The Path Forward, Together

Spencer and Trina are going to find great comfort in each other in the months that lie ahead. Spencer is going to be spinning his wheels looking for anything to attach himself to that makes his world feel more stable. Losing his father again was a blow he didn’t see coming, and finding out how much he contributed to it will slowly cripple him.
