GH Spoilers Friday, March 24: Fleeting Freedom, Treacherous Allies, Murderous Intentions And Mob Hits

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Friday, March 24 tease fleeting freedom, treacherous allies, murderous intentions and mob hits. Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has fleeting freedom, Eileen Ashby’s (Heather Mazur) a treacherous ally, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) reveals murderous intentions and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) a mob hit.

General Hospital Spoilers – Fleeting Freedom

At the safe house, Anna is serious as she tells someone none of them are free-she could be talking about the Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) takedown operation. Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) is the one resident of the safe house who is impatient about being out in the open with no restrictions, and almost blew the operation. No one involved in the takedown who is supposed to be dead can reveal that they’re not, and anyone new, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) for instance can either.

That includes Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) who also know the big secret. Everybody involved and out the outside of the business end of the sting must keep Valentin, Anna and Lucy’s survival a secret.

GH Spoilers – Marshall Ashford Has Questions

At the Robinson-Ashford house, Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) greets a rather guilty looking Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) who’s just come from Laura and Kevin Collins’ (Genie Francis, Jon Lindstrom) home. Marshall asks Trina how come she’s sneaking in there like this isn’t her home, and that could be due to the awkwardness of her mother’s failed wedding.

The house is one that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) own together, and where they had lived together, along with Trina and Marshall. But Trina has another awkward problem and since she’s accepted Marshall as family whether he is according to blood or not, she might open up to him since they got close. Trina is not happy that Spencer is living at his grandma Laura’s along with his brother-AND his mother Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl)!

Also at the safe house, Eileen has shown up and she’s blackmailing Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). She tells him to keep the wire or the deal is off-who is she working for now, Valentin and Anna or Victor? Valentin can’t wear a wire that will be detected by Victor and his people, it’ll blow the whole operation!

It sounds like Eileen is playing double agent and the deal, indeed, may have to be off! She knows too much the way it is, how can they trust her now?

GH Spoilers – Esmé Prince Is Skeptical

Back at the Collins house, Esmé is skeptical as she’s talking to Laura Collins (Genie Francis) about Victor and holding Ace. Esmé says she gets a bad feeling every time Victor is around, and Laura will likely confirm it’s with good reason. Laura knows Victor and has known him longer than anyone in Port Charles, and she’ll tell her all about why she gets that bad feeling. Esmé was right on the money about not trusting Cassadines, although Laura at least hopes Spencer and Nikolas Cassadine, (Adam Huss) if he ever returns are exceptions.

Speaking of not trusting Cassadines, Laura would panic if she heard the conversation Spencer is having with Victor right now! Spencer wanted Victor to help him get his baby brother, and Victor is asking what exactly he wants to happen to Esmé! It sounds like Spencer is putting a hit out on Esmé through Victor and his secret network of contacts.

If he doesn’t have her killed he’ll have her kidnapped and taken to Cassadine Island the rest of her life – without Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay). That’s exactly the plan that Nikolas was trying to make happen.

GH Spoilers – Mob Hits

Speaking of putting out hits, elsewhere, Sonny is talking to Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) outside of Kelly’s. He tells him all that matters is taking out the target, so obviously he’s talking about a hit. The big question is who is he targeting, has he found out who sent the sniper to ambush him?

There’s a possibility that maybe this is just a training talk, but Sonny won’t mince words with someone that day. He’s definitely got something planned for someone, that’s going to be very unpleasant.
