General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Friday, February 3 tease guilty confessions, big mistakes and angry goodbyes! Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) looks guilty as he makes a confession, Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) is making a big mistake, and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) delivers an angry goodbye.
General Hospital Spoilers – Guilty Confessions
Dex looks guilty as he tells Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) he really messed up her life-she will likely disagree. He’s not supposed to be having anything to do with her and that’s coming from both Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). He’s taking responsibility for leading her into his life of danger even though she will argue with him it was her choice.
Like her mother Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) Josslyn seems to be drawn to the bad boys. It seems like she grew apart from Cameron Webber (William Lipton) out of boredom.
GH Spoilers- Sad Regrets
In Dr. Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) office at the hospital, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) pours out her heart. She is sad and filled with regrets as she tells Finn that everything she did that was wrong was all for nothing. It sounds like she’s spilling all the tea about what was really going on when she lied that she’d been having an affair with Nikolas. She already started with telling him that she wasn’t really pregnant with Nikolas’ child-Finn will be left reeling when she’s done.
General Hospital Spoilers – Spencer Cassadine’s Pain
In the hospital chapel, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) pours out his pain to his father, as his grandmother Laura Collins (Genie Francis) stands by. Spencer wants to know why he keeps coming in second in his father’s life, and it’s painfully obvious he’s on target. Something changed in Nikolas since Spencer was a little boy and his father’s pride and joy, and that something’s changed Spencer.
It certainly didn’t help when Nikolas left town, the first time telling Spencer he was faking his death, but the second time never making contact for over five years. Nikolas came back to Port Charles after working for Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) for years, with only that one visit to him at his school in France.
GH Spoilers – Big Mistake
After the blowup in the hospital chapel, Laura follows Nikolas down the hall and tells him he’s making a big mistake – she’ll continue to try and play peacemaker. Nothing hurts a mother’s heart more than to see their child, even an adult child, go down the wrong path and her grandchild be affected by the parent’s bad decisions. Nikolas has a dark secret that Victor is holding over him, and it’s probably that Nikolas either killed Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) or had her killed. The only way out would be witness protection, but it sounds like Nikolas isn’t even willing to do that.
General Hospital Spoilers – Austin Gatlin-Holt Encounters Ava Jerome
At Kelly’s, Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) encounters Ava Jerome (Maura West) who confides in him that now she’s leaving to protect herself. She may be talking about why she hasn’t moved into Wyndemere even though she now owns it, or she might be talking about leaving her art gallery temporarily. She’ll be soon getting plastic surgery for her wound, which Austin got her a referral for, and that could be done outside of Port Charles.
She won’t make any rash moves as long as her daughter with Sonny, Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) is still in Port Charles. But with The Hook still out there, it can’t hurt to be careful.
GH Spoilers – Angry Goodbye
There’s an angry goodbye taking place at The Savoy, as Chase shouts he has to be done with this! Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) asks for clarification, saying doesn’t that really mean done with her? Previously, Chase had blown up when he found out that Brook Lynn hadn’t responded to requests from the Civilian Review Board, preferring he be her star instead of a cop. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) told him about it, and even though she finally wrote the letter and they considered it after they met, it’s a long process. Chase doesn’t want to be a rock star he wants to be a cop, and maybe now he doesn’t even want her as a manager.
