GH Spoilers: Esme Comes To Terms With The Type Of Woman She Must Be — The Kind Who Gets Knocked Up By Their Boyfriend’s Father

General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is having a hard time wrapping her head around the idea that a man more than twice her age is the father of her unborn child. Furthermore, she was so convinced that his son — and her former boyfriend, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), was her baby daddy.

Now that Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) is claiming otherwise, it’s given Esme a lot more to worry about. The writing is on the wall and Esme is going to convince herself she has to accept the facts that paint her as someone she wishes she wasn’t. Unable to know who she can really trust, and completely out of touch with herself, Esme is going to fall prey to Heather Webber (Alley Mills) and Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) when they assist her in making a break for it out of Spring Ridge.

Heather might have her sights set on getting Esme and her future grandbaby out of dodge quickly, but Ryan has something else in mind. He’s been waiting for the day that he could stare into the eyes of his obsession again, and that time has finally come — if you ask him. Heather knows he’s not going to relent if she argues with him, and she also fears what he might do if she doesn’t indulge his demands.

So, it looks like the happy family of fugitives will be making a stop at Spoon Island to pay Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) a visit. What would Ryan possibly want with Ava after all this time? Is he ready to make her pay and make sure she doesn’t live to love another man again? During this sidestep out of town, Esme will incur complications that leave them unable to skip town quickly after all.

GH Spoilers – Hint Esme Price Goes Into Labor

While on Spoon Island, Esme could go into labor, forcing her to give birth in the very place Nikolas was trying to force her to in the first place. This might bring back a flood of memories for Esme and could make for a very emotional labor. In addition, she could recall that Ava was the one who pushed her off the parapet the first time — or at least that’ll be Esme’s version of events. This might tip the scales for Ryan and Heather, who ultimately could both want Ava dead.

When Heather becomes aware that Ava and Nikolas both tried to kill her daughter, she won’t hold back. Her protective nature just might alarm Esme, who still doesn’t understand why she means so much to Heather. Is Mommy Dearest going to have to come clean in order to get Esme to accept her overbearing nature and sincere but overtly emotional interest in her and her baby?
