General Hospital Spoilers: Willow’s Baby Girl Is In Trouble

General Hospital - Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen)General Hospital spoilers tease Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) has just become a mother again. The doctors at GH worked furiously to save Willow’s life, which appeared to be teetering on the brink with Harmony Miller (Inga Candranel) ready to escort her to the other side. Willow is recovering but unconscious as her family waits for her to come back to them and finish the treatment protocol her doctors have planned.

General Hospital Spoilers — The Baby Will Be Okay

Baby Girl Corinthos’ stem cells have been sent to the lab, having been harvested from her umbilical cord and the placenta. Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) will be shocked and disappointed when the lab contacts her to say the stem cells cannot be used for Willow’s course of treatment — sad news she will have to relay too Michael and his family.

As Willow lies in recovery with the potential to not even wake up, Michael will feel deeply conflicted about what the right decision is, knowing he just wants to hear Willow’s voice again and watch as she holds their daughter for the first time. The baby will be just fine, but the stem cells need to be used to treat the baby instead of her mother, which leaves Willow in the lurch and Michael wondering what they’re going to do.

GH Spoilers – Hint Her Daughter Can’t Save Her, But Maybe Her Son Can

If the baby can’t save Willow, her team of world-class doctors and family will have to pull out all the stops to find someone else who can. The doctors will tell Michael it’s unlikely Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will be a donor match if Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) wasn’t, but they’re still willing to test her. That being said, someone who is a close relation to Willow might be the key to saving her.

The next best thing to Willow’s own biological child helping her is the biological child of her twin sister saving her. Nelle Benson Jerome’s (Chloe Lanier) biological son is Willow’s adopted son, Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver), but Michael knows Willow would be against even entertaining the idea of having Wiley undergo a surgery to save her life.
