So far, even Dylan McDermott is waiting for more information about the upcoming event. However, he did speak to TV Insider recently about what he knows so far, saying:

I don’t know much about it, but that I’m going over there to FBI. Beyond that, I don’t have a script yet, so I don’t know exactly what the case is … But I’m sure it’s gonna [sic] be certainly the event of the season because to have all three shows [coming together] and me coming on for the first time and meeting everyone and working with them, I think it’s really gonna [sic] be a lot of fun.

What we do know so far is that the global crossover will begin with FBI: International. That show will then carry over into the flagship, followed by FBI: Most Wanted. Obviously, these crossover events aren’t the easiest to organize and shoot. However, fans are hopeful that, at the end of the day, it will be well worth the effort.

While details are scarce, the crossover event will see FBI and FBI: International swap time slots. Moreover, more detail is yet to come, but we do know that franchise stars McDermott (Most Wanted’s Remy Scott), Missy Peregrym (FBI’s Maggie Bell) and Luke Kleintank (International’s Scott Forester) will feature in character in the video. In fact, they will reveal what is to come.

McDermott was also asked if he had a choice about what he could do in the crossover. Were there any characters he would want to work, get a drink with, or go hatchet-throwing with? Dylan responded, saying:

I would love to do all of it. I think there’s a real opportunity for people to watch all three shows, all our avid viewers. And I think it’s a real crowd-pleaser to have all the different characters travel to each episode in each show.

I think that’s just so much fun for the audience and it’s become more and more popular. And I think Dick Wolf really has kind of spearheaded that movement to have all these shows mix.

Fans of the shows will be above to watch the FBI International – Most Wanted crossover on Tuesday, April 4 at 8 pm ET on CBS.
