Chrisley Knows Best fans who love Todd and Julie Chrisley were saddened when they heard about them going to prison at the same time, for so long. Of course, it devastated their family, and USA Network fans feel sorry for their younger kids. Of course, they also care about Nanny Faye, Chase, and Savannah as well. However, they are older and probably better able to cope. Now, a new rumor emerged that Lexington FMC in Kentucky is allegedly allowing strip searching after every visit.

Using her “Unlocked” podcast, Todd and Julie’s daughter is vocal about the conditions where her mom stays. Actually, it might not endear Julie to the prison officials. But, she has made it her mission in life to re-humanize prisoners. And, it seems that her dad, who landed a job at Pensacola FCI in the chapel likes that she’s taken on the challenge.

Chrisley Knows Best fans and family really hope that the appeal goes through sooner rather than later. At one stage, the news emerged that the case shouldn’t have been opened due to an illegal property search. Well, that might not overturn their tax and fraud-related conviction. Nevertheless, there was also mention and of an IRS investigator who allegedly gave fake testimony that could have swayed the jury. With rumors of strip-searching in Julie’s prison, fans will hope for something to happen soon.

The rumor that the mom of Grayson, Chloe, Savannah, and Chase Chrisley might get strip-searched after every visit came on Reddit. There, u/paprbkrtr related how a “friend visited his daughter on a different day than Julie’s visitation so he didn’t see her personally, but he shared this.” Allegedly, “there is a new guard who came from “behind the wire”, which is the more strict area of the prison and now, all the inmates are strip-searched after visitation.”

Chrisley Knows Best fans in the community were quick to comment. One of them said, “How sad 🙁 that must be super dehumanizing to go through.”

Another one wrote, “I know this is normal before and after every visit in state prisons. It’s very dehumanizing but how they keep contraband out of the prisons.”

Chrisley Knows Best – Is It Legal To Do That?

According to Nolo, a legal consulting website, sometimes people who are thought to be carrying weapons and contraband get searched. But one case that didn’t involve serious crime was found to be legal So, it seems a bit unfair but not unusual if it happens with the Chrisley Knows Best star. The site explains that “disrobing in front of a watchful government official is known as a “strip search.” As it sometimes involves “exposing…genital and anal areas… such searches are humiliating and traumatic.”

Pondering if there’s any truth to the story on Reddit, TV Shows Ace wrote, “Savannah has been VERY vocal with her thoughts on how FMC Lexington has been treating her mother.”
