The TLC star owns a lingerie brand named Livi Rae. She has been operating this business with the help of Cynthia for years. However, this isn’t the case currently. Following their unending feud, Cynthia, too, started a brand of her own named Brest Frend. This didn’t sit well with Molly, who sought legal help to stop her former best friend from starting her own business.

90-Day Fiancé Spoilers – Molly Hopkins

As per Molly Hopkins, Cynthia has violated the operating agreement by running a competing business. In a court hearing that happened on March 7, 2023, the duo reached an agreement to sell her share of LiviRae business to Molly for $600,000, paid weekly in $2750 installments. Following this, Cynthia will be removed from the business accounts.

The very same day, as alleged by Molly, Cynthia paid her personal use credit card using company money with their business account listed as the payor. She paid off her complete bill. The court documents also reveal that Cynthia transferred a sum of $10,000 to her own account and also withdrew $20,000 from the company account. After Molly asked her to return the borrowed money, she refused. Now, the TV star has requested the court for an interlocutory injunction. This preserves the litigation subject matter until their trial reaches an agreement or decision.

However, Cynthia has outright denied Molly’s claims stating that she never stole $30,000 from the company account as she is still in a 50-50 partnership until all the shares are paid for.

90-Day Fiancé Spoilers – Temporary RO

Apart from accusing her former best friend of stealing, Molly also filed a temporary RO on February 22, 2023, against Cynthia. She has also blamed Cynthia for harassing the company employees. All of these allegations were denied by Cynthia. Now, it seems like the duo has come to terms with the competitive business clause, as Cynthia’s new brand is already operational.
