Y&R Spoilers: Is It Finally The End For Lily And Billy?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal Billy and Lily fighting yet again over the same person. You guessed it — Chelsea.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Lily Winters And Chelsea Lawson Clash

Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) has been doing her best to understand Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) deep friendship with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). After all, they share a history and a son together and some bonds cannot be broken. However, Lily was hoping that she and Chelsea could come to an understanding and not have it affect her romance with Billy. Boy, was she wrong!

However, Billy is not happy when he hears from Chelsea that Lily paid her a visit and suggested that maybe she does not depend on Billy as much as she has been. When Billy confronts Lily denies is surprised because that is not what she was trying to say. She was only trying to tell Chelsea that she can relate to her, as she has had her own issues, including her marriage ending and going to prison for vehicular homicide.

Lily was trying to give Chelsea hope that she turned her life around and that Chelsea should be able to do the same. Lily doesn’t understand why Chelsea would feel offended by what she said and then realizes that Billy had more of a problem with her visiting Chelsea than Chelsea did.

When Billy assures Lily that Chelsea is not really that upset with him, Lily finally realizes it’s Billy who has a problem with her going to Chelsea.

“Billy gets a little exasperated and points out that after one talk with Lily, Chelsea is pushing him away, so he doesn’t really know what to think,” Jason Thompson said in the December 19, 2022, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “He knows Lily isn’t lying, so he asks if she feels threatened by his closeness with Chelsea, which seems to be leading them to a place where they’re not sure how to move forward as a couple.”

Will Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) be there to pick up the pieces for Lily if it really does end with Billy? He will need a love interest and she is right there. Stay tuned to The Young and the Restless weekdays to find out.
