Y&R spoilers reveal that during a recent episode, Chelsea ran into Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Adam was simply making sure Chelsea and Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) were doing okay after Rey Rosales’ (formerly played by Jordi Vilasuso) death. However, Chelsea took it as an attack on her mental health and parenting ability.

Just when things got heated, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) showed up. Once again, Kyle was there to save Chelsea. Kyle took things a step further by shutting Adam down and sending him away. Obviously, Adam isn’t going to respond to this well — even if he is in a relationship with someone else.

Afterward, Kyle and Chelsea met up with Summer. The three talked about Chelsea’s interaction with Adam. Then, the subject turned to business and Summer trying to lure Chelsea onto her new team. Summer and Kyle are confident that the Marchetti acquisition will go through. So, it seems that Chelsea will have a job with Jabot/Marchetti when that happens.

Then, the conversation turned to Sally. Summer dug for details on what it was like for Chelsea to work with Sally. Then, Summer brought up how convenient that Sally fast-tracked from a designer to the COO of Newman Media.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Summer and Sally also had an interaction. It was tense but despite Summer’s jabs, Sally tried to call a truce. Sally mentioned that they both are ambitious women. However, Summer smirked and it’s clear she’s not over what Sally did to her all those months ago.

Sally might be trying to focus on Adam and Newman Media. However, if she doesn’t pay attention, she could be blindsided by an epic tag-team attack. What makes it more complicated is Kyle getting in the middle of Adam checking on Chelsea’s state of mind.

Of course, there is also Adam wanting to replace Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) at Newman Enterprises. However, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) probably won’t let this happen. If Adam reverts to his old ways, he could even lose his job at Newman Media.

Without Adam in charge, Sally won’t have a career. So, Sally stands a real chance of losing her romance and job all in one big swoop.
