The fashion powerhouse of Genoa City, Lauren Fenmore herself was hired by Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) to design her dress for The Wedding of the Century (as coined by Victoria herself) in Tuscany.

Lauren designed a dress for Victoria but ultimately ended up being topped & then some by Sally Spectra.

To Review:

1. Lauren & Sally have ties to L.A.
2. It’s not Lauren Nor Sally’s 1st Day being successful in the fashion industry.

However, Lauren has been in the industry longer than Sally & has the respect of industry professionals wherever she goes, along with the Genoa City elite. Sally relocated to Genoa City from L.A. hoping to leave her skeletons in the closet behind only & bringing her professional reputation & skillset to GC.

Upon Further Review:

Y&R Spoilers – Lauren Fenmore And Sally Spectra

1. Lauren hires Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) upon her arrival in Genoa City in an administrative role.
2. Sally gets inspired by one of the skeletons left in her closet & manipulates Lauren Fenmore into offering her a promotion.
3. Sally’s inspiring skeletons are revealed. She is then fired by Lauren.
4. Sally finds another high-profile job in Genoa City & manages to design & produce a wedding dress for Victoria Newman.
5. Victoria Newman wears Sally’s design down the aisle in Tuscany. Sally and Victoria hug. Lauren is pissed.

Many Y&R fans are excited about what Sally has already brought to Y&R & what is yet to come. However, Lauren Fenmore hasn’t had much of a storyline in years.

Why weren’t she and Michael Baldwin invited to Victoria and Ashland’s wedding in Tuscany? They’ve been close with the Newman’s since we can all remember. Michael Baldwin has helped Victor Newman out of many situations over the years. Why were they overlooked to be invited?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Last 12 Months

Over the last 12 months, The Young & the Restless has been dominated by anything to do with Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) and the Locke’s.

While anything and everything to do with Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) has become almost as boring as Billy Abbott’s podcast, Ashland (Robert Newman) & Tara Locke along with “their son” Harrison arriving in Genoa City has been exciting. The Locke family immediately involved themselves with everyone important to Genoa City.

Some Y&R fans love the Locke’s, others love to hate the Locke’s. Regardless, their family is new & exciting. However, Ashland is the last Locke standing.

Perhaps bring back Tara Locke. She had a shoe line & was about to go into business with Lauren until she got arrested for sub-par business practices. She has to be out by now jail in New York by now…

If not, let’s have Michael Baldwin represent her to get her out. Bring her back to Genoa City & have her work for Lauren Fenmore with dramatic strings attached.
