“Counting On” reality TV star Jill Duggar recently gushed to her fans about her joy in getting pregnant again. But her delight soon turned to worry after she and her husband Derick Dillard got diagnosed with COVID-19. And so Jill asked her fans for their prayers and health tips in an Instagram post. As a result of the responses, Duggar decided to give an update in a new social media post. 

And that new Instagram photo delighted Jill’s followers for many reasons. Holding onto a partly eaten pickle, the “Counting On” star looked cheerful in her bright yellow sweater and maternity outfit. In addition to charming her fans with that cute picture, Jill shared her upbeat news about her health worries.

Jill Duggar – Shares If She Got Vaccinated Against COVID-19

After Derick Dillard and Jill Duggar revealed their COVID-19 diagnosis, fans wondered if the couple had gotten vaccinated. But they told TMZ that both husband and wife are fully vaccinated. As a result of taking that precaution, Jill and Derick also shared that they feel their mild symptoms result from having gotten the jabs. 

However, the “Counting On” couple still worries about Jill’s recently revealed pregnancy. And their concerns stem from the fact that the Centers For Disease Control (CDC) has released specific warnings for pregnant women. “Although the overall risks are low, if you are pregnant or were recently pregnant, you are more likely to get very sick from COVID-19 compared to people who are not pregnant,” warns the CDC. “Additionally, if you have COVID-19 during pregnancy, you are at increased risk of complications that can affect your pregnancy and developing baby.”

However, Jill did follow the CDC recommendations that pregnant women get vaccinated. And as she showed in the second pic in her new Instagram post, her husband Derick is doing all he can to support his wife! We wish them well.
