GH Spoilers: Finn Finds Elizabeth Is Spending Her Time Slinking Around Spoon Island

General Hospital (GH)spoilers tease Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) hasn’t been seeing much of his girlfriend, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), since she came back from her trip to California. There isn’t much space for Elizabeth to be upset with Finn, as he hasn’t done anything. Rather, she came home dreading having to tell him the truth about what happened with Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara), and when she did, he walked out leaving her unsure where they stood. They reconvened later and she seems to have an interest in knowing how he felt.

However, when he expressed still wanting to be with her, she couldn’t get out of the room fast enough when Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) call pulled her away — and she let it. It’s been one thing after another ever since keeping Liz out of Finn’s reach. He’s not buying her busy act anymore, and he’s going to take to his own devices to figure out what she’s up to.

When Elizabeth slinks off again just like she has been repeatedly for the past two weeks, Finn isn’t going to stay behind and hope for a text from her later. He’s going to follow her, and the place they end up will be the last thing he expected. As she waits for the launch on the pier to take her to Spoon Island, Finn will look on and wonder if that’s where she’s been going every time she seems to disappear from the hospital and isn’t at home. If it is, why is she spending so much time with a newly-single Nikolas?

We’d love to say he’s not going to go there, but of course he’s going to go there. Wouldn’t you? His girlfriend is spending a whole lot of time with her ex and dear friend who just happens to be a royal millionaire who lives on his own island. Sure, it’s no competition, but Elizabeth and Nikolas do have a history together, and now it looks like they might be planning for some kind of future, too. Meanwhile, the future for Liz and Finn looks grim.

We know Finn is going to confront Liz, but that doesn’t mean he’s going to do it when he sees her on the launch that first night. While it unfortunately makes him seem a tad bit creepy, Finn just might follow Liz again next time to make sure she’s actually going to the same place every time. Nonetheless, the confrontation is coming, and he’s in for a huge letdown when Liz still doesn’t offer up any details other than telling him she’s helping a friend through a rough time.
