General Hospital spoilers and updates for Tuesday, November 8 tease difficult updates, dire questions and desperate escapes for more than one in Port Charles.

Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) delivers a difficult update, Willow Tait (Katelyn McMullen) a dire question, and Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) readies for a desperate escape.

General Hospital Spoilers – Seeking Answers

At GH, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) seeks answers from Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) about the necklace left her by Peter August (Wes Ramsey). She is excited as she asks Sam if she knows where the necklace came from, having hired her to find out.

Someone else wants to know too, as previously, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) asked his henchman Johann Bauer (Max Decker) about it, having his suspicions stemming from a long ago disappearance.

Victor likely thinks the necklace came from a long ago theft by Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) of the Ice Princess diamond from the Cassadines.

It disappeared after Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) killed his brother Mikkos Cassadine (John Colicos) on Cassadine Island after he threatened to freeze the world with his weather machine.

GH Spoilers – Difficult Updates

Back from visiting her parents in Monterey, California, Elizabeth has a difficult update for Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) after finding out she pushed Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara) down a staircase.

Her father, Jeff Webber (William Moses) admitted it after trying to take the blame himself, telling her Reiko needed blood transfusions that led to her contracting Blackwoods’ Syndrome. Blackwoods’ Syndrome is what killed Reiko and caused Finn years of self-blame and drug addiction until he finally developed a cure from his bearded dragon, Roxy’s blood.

This also affected Jeff’s other daughter and Violet Finn’s (Jophielle Love) mother, Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) who helped Finn kick his addiction and was cured along with him. This promises to be a very emotional revelation for both Liz and Finn; will their relationship survive?

General Hospital Spoilers – Dire Questions

Back at Terry Randolph’s (Cassandra James) office at GH, Willow has a dire question as she asks her if she waited too long to start chemotherapy. With TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) there for support, she’s just been told her leukemia has progressed to stage four after waiting until her second trimester of pregnancy before starting treatment.

She was trying to avoid the chemotherapy harming her unborn child, but she never expected her cancer to progress that fast.

She will cry and TJ will try to comfort her until Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) gets there but he’s still at the park with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Willow will have to consider last ditch options, if it is even not too late for those, such as bone marrow transplants.

GH Spoilers – Operation Save Anna Devane

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) arranged for a plan to save Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) from being transported to Pentonville Prison, previously with Finn.

It was revealed he’d called him on the way back to Port Charles after he, Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) brought Charlotte Cassadine (Amelie McLain) back home.

Now he makes another call to one of the people involved in his plan and tells them it’s time to act now; Anna has just been approached by a PCPD guard. The guard informed her she’s not going to Pentonville but is he working with Valentin, or working with Victor?

General Hospital Spoilers – Desperate Escape

At Wyndemere Castle, another desperate escape plan is in progress as Esmé is out on the ledge outside her room in the North Tower. She’s constructed a large rope by tying bed sheets together, hoping to swing down to another level and get into another room in an attempt to get away.

Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and Victor were in the living room as Laura entered, so maybe she’ll get lucky; Nikolas will have an unpleasant surprise either way.

Either Nikolas will find she’s escaped alive or maybe not, if that rope doesn’t hold or she entangles herself in a knot and hangs herself.

That’s the last surprise he’d want either Victor or his mother Laura to find, it’s bad enough thinking they could discover her locked up in the tower and pregnant.

GH Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Gives A Warning

Sonny gives a warning to Michael, who overheard Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) tell him she thought Willow and TJ are having an affair. Michael gets ready to confront Nina as Sonny tells him he’d be very careful about what he’s about to say next.

Michael then should head to the hospital where he’ll find Willow and TJ in that embrace and confront them, but maybe Terry can head off that confrontation at the pass. Once he does find out the truth about all the hugs and tears, he will be in shock.

General Hospital Spoilers – A Blast From The Past

Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) will get an unwelcomed blast from the past, as Heather Webber (Alley Mills) spots him. She appears to be in the midst of transport between GH, possibly the PCPD, and D’Archam and tells him they’ll have time to catch up!

Esmé may not be the only psycho girl working on a desperate escape, but it’s expected Heather will at least try.

Heather may not have escaped D’Archam, a supermax prison for the criminally insane, but she’s likely to try and make a break in between. Later in the week Port Charles Police Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will look for a fugitive and it could be Heather.
