Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Tony tricked Sarah/Renee into thinking they were going to get married. Tony told Sarah/Renee that they needed to get a blood test at the hospital. However, it was a ruse to get Sarah/Renee to the hospital so she could receive Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (William Utay) antidote.

Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) didn’t wait for Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) to find out if the drug was safe. Anna wants her man back, which means getting rid of Sarah’s delusion that she’s Renee. Anna grabbed the needle and stabbed Sarah/Renee in the arm. However, Sarah/Renee’s condition takes a surprising turn and Anna ends up getting arrested.

Sarah/Renee will be even more determined to get what she wants and marry Tony. While Anna is fighting criminal charges, Sarah/Renee could demand that Tony make good on his promise to marry her. Of course, Tony can’t marry her as he’s already married to Anna. Plus, Tony doesn’t love Sarah/Renee. Despite these facts, Sarah/Renee will do what she has to in order to become Mrs. Tony DiMera.

DOOL Spoilers – Xander Cook’s Horror

Getting Tony to the chapel is one thing but how will he be tricked into marrying Sarah/Renee? One possibility is that Gwen gets her hands on the hallucinogen that caused Sarah/Renee’s delusion. Gwen could hand this drug to Sarah/Renee, who will then inject Tony with it. All Sarah/Renee has to do is tell a deluded Tony that they are in love and are getting married.

However, when Xander realizes what’s happened, will he take action? Could this be the moment that Xander realizes Gwen is a monster?
