Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Nancy Miller (Patrika Darbo) surprised even herself when she told Clyde Weston (James Read) that she could look past his criminal past. She just divorced Dr. Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas) after decades because Craig recently became comfortable admitting he is gay. Nancy went on to explain to Clyde that Craig had been dishonest with both himself and her for years and the lies were devastating. But HIS honesty about his criminal past was refreshing.

Nancy Wilder won’t want to get involved with anyone if they are planning to keep secrets or tell lies. Nancy will grow more excited as date night approaches herself and Clyde. Their first date turned out far better than Nancy could have imagined. Clyde assured his date that he is attracted to her and is looking forward to seeing where this will take them. Nancy wondered if Clyde would accompany her to Craig’s wedding, which was scheduled for a couple of hours down the road. Clyde said he would love to accompany Nancy anywhere but she should go alone with her head held high.

Clyde showed up later at the home of his former cellmate, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel). Days of Our Lives spoilers show Clyde proposed they go into business together once again. There had been a sudden need for a drug dealer after one of them had been shot and killed recently by police. EJ did not want to get involved in the drug business but Clyde reminded him that work was work.

This Clyde seems like a totally different person than the man Nancy met earlier. Clyde may believe he can convince Nancy of anything, but he may soon come to regret agreeing to Nancy’s terms.

It certainly seems as though Clyde is planning to keep seeing Nancy on Days of Our Lives and return to his former criminal ways. Nancy is no fool and it won’t take her long to figure out whatever Clyde does. Once Nancy is made aware of the extent of the crimes Clyde has committed, she will remind him that they can only have a future together if Clyde is totally reformed because she already knows he is better than that. Clyde will find himself more concerned about losing Nancy than making dirty money,
