Days Of Our Lives: Linsey Godfrey Dances To Ease Anxiety Attack

Days of our Lives (DOOL) spoilers show that Linsey Godfrey plays Sarah Horton on the NBC sudser. She is a fierce mental health advocate who has shared her story with fans. She has said she is “Borderpolar” which, “means that I have Bipolar II and Borderline Personality Disorder.”

She has been lauded for her personal sharing and she did so again on February 16 in an Insta post. According to Linsey, “I had my first anxiety attack in a few months today.”

She posted a video that showed her dancing and captioned it, “I decided to light some candles and dance. Music and dancing always help me mentally.” She added, “I still have hard days. I just want you to know, if today was a hard day, you’re not alone. I’m here.”

The fans had her back, thanking her for her acknowledgment and praising her openness. Some of her DOOL costars also responded with support. Martha Madison (Belle Brady) wrote: “I get you, friend. Been there. Dance on.

Godfrey also starred on CBS’s The Bold and the Beautiful as Caroline Spencer Forrester. That character is deceased and her DOOL character is MIA. When will fans get to see he lovely and talented actress onscreen again?
