Not only could Li lose her medical license, but she could go to prison for forging a death certificate and falsifying medical records. Even though John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) wakes up, Li will still have to pay the price for what she’s done.

B&B spoilers reveal that Li felt she had to take extreme measures to save her son. However, it’s clear that Li went about it in completely the wrong way. Li’s strategy will not only get her in hot water with Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) but the entire Forrester family. Plus, Li could face professional and legal consequences as well.

B&B Spoilers – Forging Death Certificate

One crime that Li committed was forging Finn’s death certificate. Even though doctors told Li that Finn’s pulse was weak and he had no brain activity, she felt that they weren’t giving her son a chance.

So, instead of telling the doctors that she wasn’t pulling the plug yet, Li chose to let everyone believe Finn was dead. Then, Li forged a death certificate and snuck Finn out of the hospital into what appears to be a hotel room.

There are probably laws against secretly transporting comatose patients around Los Angeles. However, forging a death certificate is both career suicide as well as a crime.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Falsifying Medical Records

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Li probably covered her tracks with Finn’s medical records, too. There is no explanation on why Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) didn’t speak to the coroner himself. Maybe because the cause of death was obvious.

However, someone at the police department or the hospital would have noticed a discrepancy between Finn’s medical records and the death certificate. So, this was probably another crime that Li committed. Obviously, Li didn’t think about what would happen once Finn woke up.

B&B Spoilers – Trading Places

When the truth comes out that Finn is alive, this will be unbelievable and a miracle in Steffy’s eyes. Until Steffy realizes that Li knew this entire time and kept the truth from her. Then, there are the professional and legal ramifications.

Not only could Li lose her medical license, but she could be charged with multiple crimes. Will Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) use this to get out of prison? Will Li take the sociopath’s place behind bars? We will have to keep watching to find out.
