Days of our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that in Salem Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) still holds out hope that his beloved Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) is alive and just waiting to be found. But he found out from Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) that Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) was possibly in danger from Charlie Dale (Mike C. Manning) so he helped Marlena locate Claire and get her away from Charlie. Of course, Claire didn’t want to believe that Charlie was any kind of threat to her. But as the evidence began to pile up, it became more and more likely that Charlie was the person who raped Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold).

Claire has struggled with mental illness in the past, feeling as she was never good enough. Her past relationships always seemed to be with men who she believed saw her a second choice. This led Claire to do some extremely violent things, including setting fire to a cabin with Ciara trapped inside.

Luckily, Ciara was rescued and Claire eventually was sent to a long-term care facility to get the help she so desperately needed. After a couple of years, Claire was released. It wasn’t long after that when she met Charlie. He seemed to be everything that Claire had ever wanted, so to find out Charlie was the rapist has been especially difficult for Claire. Luckily, Ben also knows a thing or to about mental illness and loss.

DOOL Spoilers – Ben Weston Is Still Struggling With The Loss Of Ciara Brady.

Ben, as viewers know, has a difficult time of late as well. Once known as the “Necktie Killer”, Ben was serial killer. But thanks to treatment and medication, Ben eventually regained his sanity and like Claire, he was also released back into society. It was then that he met and fell in love with Ciara. As a couple, Ben and Ciara went through many trials and tribulations. Just when it looked like all their troubles were behind them, Ben and Ciara were married. But Ciara was kidnapped by the fiancé of one of Ben’s former victims, and when the car Ciara was in exploded, Ciara was seemingly killed. Ever since, Ben has struggled with the loss of his wife.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Ben Weston And Claire Brady Will Bond Over The Loss Of Ciara.

Ben still in his heart believes that Ciara is alive and out there somewhere and will soon let Claire know his suspicions. Claire, for her part, will want to believe that Ben is right and will offer to help him however she can. Claire needs something positive to focus on after everything that happened with Charlie. As they begin to search for Ciara, look for Ben and Claire to continue to get closer. Marlena will notice how close Ben and Claire are getting and while she will be happy that they have support for each other, she won’t be able to help but wonder if their respective issues with mental health will bring out the best or the worst in each other.
