General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that romance may finally be heating up for one Port Charles couple. Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) and Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) may finally be ready to ring in the new year as a couple. The two of them have been dating and keeping it fairly casual, but it may be time to see where this romance will take them?

General Hospital Spoilers – Lulu Spencer has had a rough year

Lulu had a difficult time in 2019. Her husband, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) finally returned from his undercover mission and all seemed to be looking up. But unfortunately, due to being brainwashed, it was soon clear that Dante needed help. He went away to undergo deprogramming by the WSB. But it’s been proven to be more difficult to deprogram Dante, and he eventually sent divorce papers to Lulu so she would move on. Lulu was devastated, but eventually agreed to divorce.

GH Spoilers – Enter Dustin Phillips

Dustin arrived on the scene at about the same time, and he and Lulu were instantly attracted to one another. They began to see each other and even hooked up on the Haunted Star! But even though they have gotten closer, they have still kept it mostly casual. Dustin, for his part, has made no secret that he would like for things to become more serious between the two.

Lulu has been afraid to move too fast. After all, she just ended things with Dante not all that long ago. But time has passed and it seems like it may be time for Lulu and Dustin to get a bit more serious with each other. After everything that has happened, Lulu may feel like she deserves some happiness finally. So as 2020 gets underway, look for Dustin and Lulu to make it official! That doesn’t mean things will be easy. Almost nothing is known of Dustin’s past, so who knows what skeletons are in his closet!
