DOOL spoilers indicate that while two women were pregnant, only one went home with a baby. That person, of course, was Sarah. The child is only six months old but has already gone through so much. Not only is the truth about her biological father exposed, but she has also lost the man who was taking care of her — Xander Cook (Paul Telfer).

In addition to that, the little girl now has cancer. Even though she is tolerating treatment well, in a few weeks Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton’s (the May twins) parents will get more bad news.

While Sarah was pregnant, so was Kristen. However, her baby supposedly did not survive. We don’t know if it was a late-term miscarriage, stillborn or something else, but it has been confirmed that Kristen and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) lost their child. However, some fans question if their baby could be alive.
