Days of our Lives spoilers – Chad is upset with The Phoenix, could it cost him dearly?

So far in the New Year According to Salem Time, Chad has been highly upset that his father has chosen not to meet up with him. Instead he has come face to face with daughter Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) who was lucky enough to be in the presence of the great Stefano. Kind of.

After her familial meeting, Chad (Billy Flynn) gave Kristen the third degree, wanting to know everything that the Phoenix is up to. Rather than satisfy his curiosity, Kristen’s evasiveness about Stefano only piqued his suspicions.

That was just a taste of the mystery that was about to come down the pike. Abby (Kate Mansi) and Chad uncovered a huge shock upon their preparation to move into the gatehouse. This move was planned as a stopgap measure, one that would get them out from under Gabi’s (Camila Banus) thumb, yet remain in proximity to the DiMera goings on.

At the gatehouse these two found something of enormous value, if not monetarily then at least clue-wise. The giant portrait of Patchano was uncovered and neither knew what to think.

The portrait is of Patch (Stephen Nichols) in a style reminiscent of those his father commissioned of himself. The style is self-absorbed, arrogant and more than a bit pretentious!

What’s next after this massive faux pas has been unearthed? Chad will no doubt be stumped yet turn to his Spidey sense to figure out just what this means.

What it could mean is that they become Patchano’s next targets. Princess Gina (Kristian Alfonso) and Patchano had no qualms “equalizing” John (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena (Deidre Hall) because it suited their purposes.

Would they do the same thing to Chabby? Patchano has shown himself to be on his last nerve at this point, having to live with Patch Johnson’s face and recently exploding in anger at Anna (Leann Hunley).
All Anna had to do was talk badly about her father-in-law and aAtchano lost his senses, proving that he is capable of acting out rashly without considering the consequences.

Don’t be surprised if CH\habby are the next couple to pay the price for breaching Patchano’s fantasy world!
