‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, April 1: Jack Replaces Phyllis as CEO – Ashley’s Takeover Plan – Sharon and Rey Make Love

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, April 1, tease that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will be grateful to Kerry Johnson (Alice Hunter), who is actually Dominique Caroll. At Jabot, Ashley explains that the real Kerry works at My Beauty in Paris. Dominique speaks with a British accent before heading out, but Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) follows her to address their relationship.

After Dominique assures Jack that their romance was real and separate from the rest of her work, she asks him to come to Paris with her. Jack rejects that plan and wants consequences for Dominique, but she shrugs it off. Dominique wishes Jack luck since he’s going to need it with Ashley!

Young and The Restless Spoilers: Ashley Wants To Take Over Abbott

In the boardroom, Ashley faces backlash from Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland). Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) show up to get filled in on the bombshell. Jack returns in time for Ashley to explain her offer. She wants to take over Jabot, so she’s giving them a chance to get all their patents back if they take her up on it by tomorrow.

Y&R Spoilers: Lauren Baldwin Worries About Fenmore’s

Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) frets about Fenmore’s, but Phyllis Summers (Gina Tognoni) intends to keep it around if she can. However, Lauren doesn’t think it’ll be Phyllis’ call – and it turns out she’s right. Jack and the others call a quick vote to throw Phyllis off the throne. Later, another vote puts Jack back in the CEO spot. He intends to fight for his family legacy and lead Jabot into the future.

Young and The Restless Spoilers: Sharon Newman and Rey Rosales Have Their First Date

Next, Abby chews Ashley out in her hotel room. Meanwhile, Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) picks Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) up for their date. They joke about changing outfits multiple times before they head over the athletic club. Rey has flowers for Sharon along with a card and Champagne. He lets Sharon know this is the beginning of their romance and suggests he’d be a fool to wait any longer to kiss her.

Afterward, Sharon heads up to a suite with Rey. They make love, so “Shey” fans should be pleased with these steamy scenes. Back down at the bar, Phyllis encounters Dominique. The traitor promises she truly considered Phyllis a friend and suggests she’ll make a comeback.

Y&R Spoilers: Nikki Newman Worries About Victoria Newman

At the ranch, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) worries when Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) arrives. She thinks it’s some snag in the case, but Paul just wants to chat. After a hug, Paul supports Nikki as she frets about Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). She feels like Victoria’s issues still have to be dealt with.

Unfortunately, Victoria isn’t ready to take that step yet. Instead, she tells her children she has take off on another business trip. Nikki stops by Victoria’s place later and hears about her daughter’s plans. She objects, but Victoria insists on leaving and asks Nikki to give Billy updates. Later, Nikki brings Billy up to speed and argues that Victoria is trying to run away from her problems.

In Las Vegas, Victoria checks in at the front desk of a posh hotel.
