The Young and The Restless spoilers tease that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), although she may be taking the high road for now, may still tell Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) about Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) plan to get back together with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and that Adam tried to use her in it!
Young & The Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman Tried To Get Phyllis Summers To Seduce Nick Newman Away From Chelsea Lawson
Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that Adam tried to get Phyllis to seduce Nick as a way to get his attention away from Chelsea so that Adam could get Chelsea back in a recent episode. It is true that Phyllis has kind of been circling Nick, and Nick has noticed it and talked to her about it. Nick already knows Adam trying to get Chelsea back thanks to his mother, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) calling him over to the Newman Ranch right after Adam left.
The one thing Adam and Chelsea’s young son, Connor Newman, (Judah Mackey) who had been over playing at the ranch wants is for his mommy and daddy to be back together for real, and Chelsea and Adam seem to be encouraging that wish, as pointed out by Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) to Chelsea. For his part, Nick is losing patience with the whole thing although he and Chelsea did manage to have some alone time in spite of everything. But Phyllis went back to Society looking for Nick and she was fully ready to tell Nick everything about Adam wanting her to seduce him away from Chelsea, while admitting to herself she does want Nick back – but she left, deciding to take the high road – for now!

After Adam had called her over to his place after seeing her and Nick together in Society, and made the proposal to her that they should work together separating Nick and Chelsea for good so he could get Chelsea back, by her working on seducing Nick, she turned him down flat, did not appreciate being treated as his minion, and before she left, told Adam that he had made a big mistake and that he would be sorry! However, Adam was right about one thing; she DOES want Nick back.

The two have had good times together lately although it was as friends, talking about their lives and playing games against each other on their phones. They have talked about the old days when they have been together also, which has been several times, but every time they got married it all fell apart, although the one good thing from their marriages is their grown daughter, Summer Newman (Hunter King). Nick is having problems with Chelsea and Phyllis doesn’t like her. Truth be told, she doesn’t like her for Adam either, but Chelsea with Adam is the lesser of two evils than Chelsea with Nick, who she secretly does want back. Telling Nick that Adam tried to get her to seduce him so he could be with Chelsea is something Nick would totally believe of Adam, and would confirm what his family members have told him. But whether this would help Phyllis get Nick back, is another situation entirely!
