He is convinced that Thomas regrets his actions and is trying to be a better man.

Even though Ridge told his wife that he slept in a room above the Bikini Bar, he left out the part about Shauna being with him the entire time.

B&B Spoilers – Will Ridge Forrester Leave His Wife?

It seems to be suggested that Brooke confronting Ridge right after Liam’s statement might be the last straw. Not only that, but eventually, he will find out that Brooke slapped Thomas across the face. B&B spoilers confirm that Ridge ends up with a new living arrangement. So, either Brooke kicks him out or he ends up leaving his wife.
