The Bold and the Beautiful Recap, Tuesday July 16: Hope Moves Forward With The Wedding

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Tuesday, July 16th finds Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) has been given a huge task ahead of Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) wedding. Also, Eric Forrester (John McCook) and Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) learn something about Xander Avant (Bradley Adain) while Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) puts in one last effort to help change Hope’s mind.

It begins in Douglas Forrester’s (Henry Joseph Samiri) room, where Thomas is replacing photos of his deceased mother with Hope. Thomas mentions once again how great Hope is and what kind of wonderful job she did with Douglas when he was suffering from his nightmares the previous night. Thomas then asks Hope if it’s a good idea for them to get married in Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) and Booke Logan’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) house. She thinks it’s a good idea and also thinks that the kids should be included. She says she will talk to Liam about it.

Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers Wednesday, July 17: Brooke Snaps At Ridge – Bridge Marriage Tested- Liam Reminisces

Over in Brooke’s living room, Eric and Quinn tell Ridge and Brooke about how Xander suddenly left without a trace. Hope enters and says that she wants the wedding to happen as fast as possible, leaving Brooke slightly confused about the change of pace. Douglas says that he can’t wait for Hope to be his mommy while Thomas asks the little boy if he can be his best man.

Everyone smiles except for Brooke. Ridge makes a comment about new beginnings. Later on, Brooke tells Ridge that she thinks Thomas is manipulating Hope by using her maternal instincts to get what he wants. She also thinks that he will stop at nothing to make this wedding happen. During that same time, Thomas has a day dream about Hope saying that she can’t wait for them to consummate their love on their wedding night.

At the cliff house, Liam tells Steffy that Hope is coming over. When she arrives, Steffy congratulates her on the engagement with Hope telling her that the wedding is happening tomorrow. Liam can’t understand why she is rushing things. Hope explains that it’s because Douglas needs a mother and that the timing is right. Steffy asks if she can help with the wedding and Hope asks her to be her maid of honor. Steffy accepts.

When Steffy goes to the next room to take care of the girls, Liam begs Hope to reconsider. He thinks that everything is moving too fast and doesn’t trust Thomas. Hope tells him not to worry and that he has Steffy and the girls now. Liam admits that he feels protective over her and will never stop loving her. Hope says that no matter what he will always be her true love but she has to let go over their dead baby and the past.
