We always knew that Steve Burton was a romantic stud both on and off screen! The daytime television actor, who plays Jason Morgan on General Hospital, recently opened up about his romantic Valentine’s Day plans with his wife, Sheree Gustin.
What he has to say will definitely make his fans go weak in the knees as we wouldn’t expect any less of him. Here’s what you need to know.
Speaking to Soaps in Depth in a new interview, the handsome actor says that he doesn’t treat Valentine’s Day any special than the other days in the calendar year. Why? Because every day is an opportunity to be romantic with the one person he loves the most – his wife of 20 years, Sheree.
Steve and Sheree have three children – Makena, 15, Jack, 12, and Brooklyn, and even though they’ve been married for over two decades, the spark is still there in their marriage. In fact, Steve says he is thankful for all that Sheree does for their family on a daily basis.
“I have the greatest wife in the world,” he told the publication. “She’s just an incredible mom and partner. I couldn’t do any of the stuff I do without her. It’s the cliché of, ‘Behind every man is a great woman.’ She’s everything.”

And just when you couldn’t love him anymore, Steve suggests that we should make Valentine’s Day every day. Yes, he truly does love his wife that much! Talk about a very lucky gal.
“Is Valentine’s Day really just that one day?” he mused. “Or should it be more than one day? Maybe every day, if possible?”
