Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, October tease of another exciting episode for Days of Our Lives fans as conflicts and confrontations continue among the Salemites!

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Gabi DiMera Demands Dr. Wilhelm Rolf Find A Way To Save Stefan DiMera

As viewers know, last week Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) was caught in the crossfire as he attempted to save his mother, Vivian Alamain (Robin Strasser) from being shot by Detective Lani Price, (Sal Stowers) who had her gun pointed at her.

As Lani’s gun fired, Stefan was in the wrong position at the wrong time and took a bullet to the carotid artery in his neck and nearly bled out. Now Stefan lies brain dead in Salem University Hospital and his bride Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) demands that Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) find a way to save his life!

DOOL Spoilers – Eli Grant And Lani Price Contemplate Asking Gabi For Stefan’s Heart

Police Commissioner Eli Grant and Detective Lani Price contemplate asking Gabi for Stefan’s heart, after Dr. Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) had advised the family of Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) that he would be a donor match for Julie, who desperately needs a heart transplant and is too old to be on the transplant list. As shown in the Days of Our Lives weekly preview, it looks like the only way Gabi is going to give up Stefan, even though medically there is no hope for his survival, is for Julie’s family to literally beg for it!

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Kristen DiMera Learns Of Stefan DiMera’s Condition

Stefan’s half-sister by adoption, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) learns of his dire condition. Kristen has been wanting to take over DiMera Enterprises, but it’s doubtful that she can slide into his place that easily considering that DiMera Enterprises board member Wei Shin (Michael Hagiwara) chose Andre DiMera’s (Thaao Penghlis) widow, Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow) to run DiMera.

However, Kate is still recovering from being nearly killed by Vivian, and Gabi is occupied with trying to maintain Stefan’s life, such as it is currently. Kristen, however needs to focus on her pregnancy and getting Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) to step up and marry her, so she likely won’t pick right now as the time to attempt a takeover of DiMera.

DOOL Spoilers – Brady Black Breaks The News About Kristen DiMera’s Pregnancy To Victor Kiriakis

Brady, meanwhile, has a tough job ahead of him as he breaks the news about Kristen’s pregnancy to his boss and grandfather, Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston). Grandpa’s not going to be happy knowing that Brady once again has fallen for Kristen’s lies, as he likely will assume this is.

Brady will probably need to come armed with a copy of the pregnancy test results and insist that a paternity test can be done as soon as it feasibly can. There are in-vitro paternity tests that can be done but the expectant mother has to be at least eight weeks along, and they may not choose that option because Kristen’s pregnancy will likely be considered high risk at her age.
