Days of Our Lives Spoilers Thursday, January 17: Eli and Lani’s Shocking Discovery – Xander Off the Hook – Stefan and Gabi’s Showdown

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for Thursday, January 17, tease that Stefan DiMera’s (Tyler Christopher) freedom will cause some serious drama. He just showed back up at the DiMera mansion with an announcement to make. Stefan will hope to regain control at DiMera Enterprises and run things how he wants. This may or may not work out exactly how Stefan hopes, but he’ll stand his ground for now.

Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will be furious over Stefan’s exoneration. Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) obviously won’t be pleased either – especially since Stefan will dig his heels in when it comes to Gabi Chic. DOOL fans know Stefan was devastated to learn “Gabby” wasn’t back and Charlotte DiMera wasn’t his daughter. He kidnapped Gabi and threatened violence, but he ultimately let her go.

However, that doesn’t mean Stefan’s done making Gabi pay. He’ll just find a less extreme way of handling it – like using Gabi Chic to his advantage. “Days of Our Lives” spoilers say Gabi will fight back, but it’ll be no use. Stefan will refuse to give up control of Gabi’s company and allow any kind of satisfaction.

Across town, Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Lani Price (Sal Stowers) will make a stunning discovery. Since Eli just arrested Xander Cook (Paul Telfer), he’ll expect to put this criminal away for a long time. Lani will back Eli up on that. Unfortunately, plans will change when the incriminating footage simply disappears. Eli and Lani will look all over for this crucial evidence, but it just won’t turn up.

“Days” spoilers state that they’ll have to let Xander walk free, so it won’t be long until he’s back at the Kiriakis mansion stirring up trouble. Over with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), he’ll spar with Hope Hernandez (Kristian Alfonso) over Ted Laurent (Gilles Marini). Of course, Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will remain a big issue as well. Hope’s obsessed with taking him down and it’s causing quite a rift.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Rafe Rushes Off For Sami

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers say that rift will widen thanks to a surprising phone call. Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) will contact Rafe and ask him to come help her with something. That means Rafe will have to travel out of the country just to keep his ex happy. Hope could certainly express disapproval when she gets updates later this week.

Finally, Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will explode over Sheila Watkins’ (Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins) massive mistake. She’ll screw up royally and leave her boss absolutely seething!
