Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Wyatt Questions Steffy’s Motives in Adopting, Backs Out Of The Adoption?

Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for the week of January 21 tease Wyatt Fuller (Darrin Brooks) will question Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) motives in wanting to adopt. He suggests that it is “heartless” considering Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) baby just died. Here’s what we know about this storyline so far.

Wyatt Questions Steffy

Wyatt worries that Liam and Hope will hear about Steffy adopting the newborn baby girl and question her motives. It’s clear that her heart is in the right place, but Wyatt thinks the timing is all wrong. He thinks that his brother will take it wrong. Steffy thinks he’s wrong and suggests that he should let her worry about how they will handle the new baby.

Steffy advises Wyatt that Kelly needs a sister. She explains that she thought Beth was going to be that sister, but when she died, she knew that she needed to adopt to give Kelly that sister connection. Wyatt understands her feelings but he urges her to give Liam and Hope time to deal with Beth’s death.

Steffy: “Well, if I were to adopt her, I already have a name picked out.”

Will Steffy Back out?

Steffy carefully weighs her options. She knows that adopting now may be a slam in the face for Lope, but she really wants to bring the baby home. She believes that she will be the perfect sister to Kelly. She thinks about how close they’d be. She knows it will be tough for Liam to deal with, but she believes that he will come to terms with it eventually.
