The Young and the Restless (YR) Spoilers: Hilary Kicked Out – Neil Also Lowers Boom On Devon

Neil (Kristoff St. John) needed no more than an instant on ‘The Young and the Restless’. He began rightfully restoring order at the Hamilton Winters Group and within his family. After receiving a same-day requested report from Devon (Bryton James) on all business that had been transacted during his absence, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) walked into the needlessly cramped office.

Miss Curtis was told to get out. She was to only work out of her GC Buzz studios from that point forward. While Neil’s directive appears enforceable, the legal contract the potentially reforming ‘Hevon’ agreed to means that Hilary might be part of Devon’s life forever.

Hilary told Devon earlier in the week that she will be part of his life for the next eighteen years if she’s pregnant. On that point, she was wrong. Devon will be tied to her for the remainder of their proposed child’s life, not just until legal adulthood. She, like Devon, made the mistake of thinking litigiously, rather than like a normal person.

Lily (Christel Khalil) tried as best she could to convince her brother not to revisit any type of connection with Hilary. But Devon wouldn’t have any of it. He still loves Hilary, whether it’s admitted or not, and wanted to have a baby with her.

As Neil will learn, Devon has since changed his mind about forming a family with this specific person. Simone (Shanica Knowles) is his supposed “flavor of the month”, as Hilary said. Whether she proves to be a legitimate significant other, or ‘Hevon’ reforms remains to be seen.

St. John’s return was a welcomed sight. He’d been off since late last year but has since recovered his health.

Neil’s absence during the first months of this year saw Devon begin to lose control of his personal life, as he’d done in the past. The feelings he and Hilary continue to have for each other may forever influence their personal lives, but Neil wants to make sure that situation doesn’t affect HWG.

Welcome back Kristoff and hello again Neil. Fans, viewers and the Winters’ family will benefit from your presence, as always.
