The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Tuesday, May 22: Victor’s Stunning Offer to Nick – Jack & Billy’s Jabot Feud Heats Up

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, May 22, tease that Jack (Peter Bergman) and Billy (Jason Thompson) will clash. At Jabot, Jack’s ready to resume his place as the company’s CEO. He sees Billy’s name on the office door and isn’t happy about it. Billy feels like Jack has issues that need to be addressed. They can’t just pretend his recent meltdown didn’t happen.

Jack refuses to be relegated to a job under Billy, so he storms out. He eventually gets some support from his son. Kyle (Michael Mealor) assures Jack that he’s in his corner. They return to Jabot together and insist that the board vote needs to move forward ASAP. Kyle and Jack want the blood-Abbott clause out of the way.

Thanks to Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), Billy’s feeling more confident about taking on this leadership role. He admits this whole CEO thing is growing on him. Billy vows to block the vote Jack requests, so it seems this brother battle’s just getting started.

Across town, Devon (Bryton James) helps put together a prom-themed show for Hilary (Mishael Morgan). Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) and Shauna (Camryn Hamm) are recruited for this special occasion. Once they go on the air, prom looks are modeled and old photos are shown. Mariah (Camryn Grimes) surprises Hilary and Devon with some pics from when they were teens.

Afterward, Charlie stuns Shauna with a “proposal” and she gladly accepts. After they wrap up the show, Shauna asks Charlie to attend her prom as well. At Sharon’s (Sharon Case) place, she shocks Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) with the “Shick” reunion news. Nikki isn’t pleased, but she tries to stay focused on the J.T. (Thad Luckinbill) situation.

Nikki wants Sharon to keep Nick (Joshua Morrow) from digging up more trouble. She urges Sharon to be careful and wonders how things could really be any different for them this time. Meanwhile, Victor (Eric Braeden) has a far better reaction to Nick’s updates. He’ll insist he only wants happiness for Nick, so he offers his approval.

Victor also pushes Nick to make a comeback at Newman Enterprises. He’s hoping his son will rejoin his empire, but Nick may be suspicious of his father’s motives.
