Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) shares his regret over the past with Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and makes a promise to her about his future. Bill recently decided not to press charges against Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Judge McMullen (Joe Lando) so that he could keep his word to Brooke about being a changed man. He let everyone know that he meant the words he said to Brooke after he woke up in the hospital and plans to stick by it. Do you think he will actually continue to show change and stay that way?

Bill Spencer is very appreciative of Brooke Logan Forrester’s loyalty and will make a vow to never hurt her again.
