General Hospital Spoilers Thursday, September 20: ‘Wiley’ Heart Troubles Worry Brad – Jason’s Soul-Searching – Ava Gets a Shock“General Hospital” spoilers for Thursday, September 20, tease that Michael (Chad Duell) will get a pep talk from Maxie (Kristen Storms). When he bumps into her at GH, Michael will ask to hold James for a bit. He seems to get some comfort from being around babies right now.

As Maxie watches Michael with her son, she’ll promise that he’s going to be a great dad. Maxie won’t want Michael to give up on his dreams of a family. Despite Michael’s latest setback, hope’s still alive – in the form of “Wiley” aka Jonah!

Speaking of “Wiley,” there’ll be disturbing news about his health. Once Brad (Parry Shen) approaches Carly (Laura Wright) and Lucas (Ryan Carnes), he’ll hear that “Wiley” has a heart problem. It may not be a serious concern just yet, but it’s definitely something to keep an eye on.

Of course, the updates will be particularly upsetting for Brad. GH might need additional information from the biological father. If a staff member realizes “Wiley” couldn’t possibly be that guy’s son, there’s going to be trouble. This is Michael’s child, so Brad will live in constant fear of the truth coming out.

Over with Mike (Max Gail), he’ll seek Stella’s (Vernee Watson) assistance. Mike’s worried about becoming a burden to Sonny (Maurice Benard) and his family. He’s ready to make some changes, but he knows Sonny’s going to struggle. Mike will urge Stella to help him out, so expect some heartbreaking scenes. He’ll need a way to convince Sonny to let him go.

Elsewhere, Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) will warn Sonny about the drama that’s looming. She’ll argue that the walls are closing in, so she may want him to prepare. If the cops keep pushing the Mike angle in the corpse case, it’ll really add to Sonny’s woes.

Other “General Hospital” spoilers hint that Ava (Maura West) will change her mind. She’s been livid with both Kiki (Hayley Erin) and Griffin (Matt Cohen) lately. Ever since the betrayal bomb dropped, revenge has been Ava’s priority. Nevertheless, Nina’s (Michelle Stafford) words may haunt Ava on Thursday. She might decide not to sacrifice her relationship with Kiki over all this.

During a tense chat with Julian, Ava will shout that she won’t lose her over the likes of Griffin Munroe. Perhaps she’ll choose to aim her rage at Griffin and ease up on Kiki. Alas, that plan won’t pan out!

“General Hospital” spoilers say Kiki will enjoy some cozy moments with Griffin at her place. They’ll still be somewhat scantily clad thanks to the air conditioning issues. Once Ava shows up, she’ll spot her ex and her daughter together. As you might expect, Ava will blow her top all over again. This war is far from over, so don’t miss the hot drama ahead.

Finally, Julian will encourage Jason (Steve Burton) to do some soul-searching. He’ll acknowledge Jason’s love for Sam (Kelly Monaco), but he’ll also express major fears. Julian will think Jason could drag Sam back into a perilous world.

Danger tends to come with Sonny’s territory, so Julian will think it’s best for Jason to back off. Will Jason agree or keep hoping for a “JaSam” reunion?
