General Hospital Spoilers: Accusations Fly As Murder Suspect List Grows – Who Will Go Down For Killing Mary Pat?

General Hospital spoilers tease that the Port Charles Police Department will chase a lot of false leads before they finally find Mary Pat Ingles’ (Patricia Bethune) true murderer!

Thanks to Ryan Chamberlain’s (Jon Lindstrom) deviousness and major dysfunction between some people in town who point accusatory fingers at each other, it’s like the police are on a merry-go-round and the persons of interest are all taking turns spinning a “Wheel of Misfortune”!

Ryan, of course volunteered information to draw police interest and attention away from himself. He planted the rest of Mary Pat in Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) gallery, setting it in her office chair and planting blonde hair in one of Mary Pat’s hands. Other General Hospital spoilers tease it may be Laura Collins’s (Genie Francis) hair he planted, even though he pointed the police towards Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright)!

Meanwhile, over at Ava’s gallery, the blond hair Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) found, as well as the torso being found there, made Ava a person of interest, and possibly Nina Reeves (Michelle Stafford) just by her being there.

If police find out she told Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) that she was going to “take care of Ava,” it could implicate her as trying to frame Ava for the murder, if not the murder itself, although she may be culpable as an accessory after the fact.

Of course the police won’t have to hear it from Sasha. Ava will happily volunteer that information! Even Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) could be accused of planting the torso to get revenge on her mother, and Griffin Munroe (Matt Cohen) could be accused of helping her!

At the Floating Rib, Scotty Baldwin (Kin Shriner) shows up in case Mac Scorpio (John J. York) needs a lawyer.  Mac shoots back that only someone who wanted to stage a publicity stunt for all the Ryan Chamberlain crime spree anniversary articles and documentaries would put a severed head in an apple barrel meant for an apple bob.  Mac reminded Scotty that he allowed himself to be in the documentary!

Ryan really got police started on a wild goose chase, and running around in circles to boot! For the rest of his crime spree, he will likely change his method of murder every time so the police won’t think it’s all the same serial killer or a copycat of Ryan inspired by all the publicity! But this won’t go on forever, and eventually time and excuses will run out for him.

Once Carly tells Laura she thought the mystery patient in the halls was Kevin, and that she noticed him tapping out SOS on a table recently, as other General Hospital spoilers have teased, they will put two and two together and the jig will be up for Ryan!
