General Hospital RECAP Thursday, April 26: Sam Give Maxie A Precious Gift

General Hospital starts out with Lulu (Emme Rylan) and Peter (Wes Ramsey) discussing her interaction with Heinrich.

Lulu Asks Peter’s Advice About Heinrich

Lulu tells Peter that Heinrich wants to tell his side of the story or so he seems from the book. Peter tells her to trust her own instincts and realizes she hasn’t told Dante about this. Peter questions why she hasn’t told Dante (Dominic Zamprogna). She tells him she needs to get Heinrich to trust her. Peter says he has to get ready for a meeting, Lulu wants to know if she’s doing the right thing. Peter tells her to trust her instincts, she says Faison was twisted, he didn’t have a chance with him as a father. Nina comes after Peter for the meeting, texts Curtis that the coast is clear.

Valentin Doesn’t Like Curtis Investigating Peter

General Hospital’s Curtis (Donnell Turner) shows up on Spoon Island and brings Nina (Michelle Stafford) info on Peter.  Peter called he wants to meet with her to talk, Nina tells Curtis the staff meeting would be perfect for him to check Peter’s office. Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) interrupts. They tell him that Curtis wants marriage advice, Val tells him honesty works best and wants them to drop the act and tell him what’s really going on. Nina tells Valentin that she hired Curtis to find out the truth about Peter. Nina tells Curtis that he doesn’t have to answer Valentin, she wants to know why he want to protect Peter over Maxie. Valentin tried to explain how much help Nina could get into over this investigation. He tells Curtis to be discrete. Valentin tells her he wants to know what Curtis finds out. Valentin tells Nina she needs an alibi in case she gets caught, she won’t give him info. Robert drops in on Valentin. Sam catches Curtis in Peter’s office.

Robert To Finn, You Don’t Think She’s Worth Fighting For?

General Hospital’s Anna (Finnola Hughes) and Robert (Tristan Rogers) at Kelly’s talking about the box. She says she wonders who it was left for, Robert says someone with the last name Cassadine. Anna thinks the box was left to Helena, she says they worked together a lot. Anna wants to know what Robert is thinking about, he doesn’t tell her and she takes off with his table with an idea. Robert gets a call from Frisco (Jack Wagner) and gets the composition of the box. He also knows it’s dated and not meant for Helena. Finn shows up orders a gallon of coffee and meets Robert, they both want the same pastry. Finn and Robert figure out who each other are and both ask if the other is with Anna. Robert asks Finn if he doesn’t think Anna is worth fighting for, gives him the pastry and leaves. He tells Anna she needs to set him straight.

Sam And Maxie Discuss True Friendship

General Hospital’s Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Maxie (Kirsten Storms) at the penthouse, Maxie wants to know where she has been. She gives her hints and Maxie want to know why Switzerland. Sam tells her about the mountain and about meeting up with Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and Jason (Steve Burton). Maxie tells Sam that Lulu makes her blood boil and say she has friends like her and Peter. Maxie tells Sam that she is not filling the gap that Lulu left. Sam says she isn’t defending Lulu but many she just screwed up. Maxie tells her Lulu blames Nathan (Ryan Paevey), she won’t admit any fault. She would rather talk about Peter.

Maxie Gushes To Sam How Wonderful Peter Has Been

Maxie tells Sam how supportive Peter has been and how Nina reacts to it. Peter has gotten her to focus on the good memories and to move back home. Sam is thinking about stepping down from Aurora, she needs to spend some time with herself so she can figure out who she is as an independent woman. She realized she doesn’t want to be behind a desk in fancy clothes, she’s a PI and is pretty damn good at it, that is what she wants to focus on. Sam tells her about the bank in Switzerland and about how much dirt Spinelli has on the bank manager. Maxie wants Sam to be happy, she wants her to be happy too.

Sam Gives Maxie A Precious Gift

Sam tells her she kept something for her out of Nathan’s stuff and gives her the box she kept in her closet. Maxie thanks her. Sam offers to keep the box if Maxie wants her to. She says no, she couldn’t part with this stuff again. Friends don’t always do what you ask but they are still friends. Some things are unforgivable. Maxie runs into Lulu outside of Kelly’s and asks about her foot and if she can do anything for her, Lulu thanks her and Maxie leaves.

Anna Wants To Change Her Will

General Hospital’s Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Finn (Michael Easton) talking about going back to reality. She’s not that girl that deals in being spontaneous, then asks if he wants to do it again before shoving him down on the couch. The buzzer goes off on the oven and interrupts Alexis and Finn. Anna show up and tells him he missed a button. Finn invites Anna in, Alexis thinks she wants to talk to him, Anna tells her no it’s a legal matter, it’s Cassadine related. Anna show the box to Alexis who knows nothing. Anna then tells Alexis that she wants to add to her will to provide for her children. Alexis question children. Anna says she should say her heirs, she wants to add Noah. Anna leaves.
