General Hospital Recap November 7: Sam And Jason Get Into Kevin’s Room – Britt Encourages Brad

General Hospital (GH) recap for Wednesday, November 7, 2018, reveals Spencer (Nicholas Bechtel) lights a cupcake for Nicolas and wishes him Happy Birthday. Laura (Genie Frances) wants Spencer to go inside, but he refuses because Nina (Michelle Stafford) is in there. Spencer and Laura talk about sunsets.

Laura Is Upset By The Election Tampering

Spencer says sometimes people do the wrong things for the right reason. Laura is upset over the election tampering. Laura starts to tell Spencer about Kevin, he already knows. Spencer tells Laura she now has time to win this campaign and can be the rock for Port Charles. Laura and Spencer go and confront “Kevin” at the hospital. Spencer asks if Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) is ok, Britt tells him she is having some tests done, but she is fine. Britt and Spencer both wish things had turned out differently.

Brad Confides In Britt

General Hospital’s Brad (Parry Shen) tells Britt that the baby isn’t his son, he belongs to Michael (Chad Duell). Britt ask who the mother is if Michael is the baby’s father. Brad tells Britt about Julian’s (William DeVry) involvement, and she tells him she will cover for him. Britt wants to now that whole story. Brad tells Britt the whole story about the baby. Brad talks about running into Michael all the time. Brad asks Britt if she knows what Sonny (Maurice Benard) would do to him if he found out the truth.

Brad mentions that Britt did this with Dante’s kid and now his name is Rocco (O’Neill Monahan). Britt tells Brad that she loved Ben (Rocco) and Nicolas (ex-Tyler Christopher). Britt tells Brad she needs to man-up. Britt tells Brad about the confession she wrote out. Britt asks Brad if Nelle (Chloe Lanier) is the only other one who knows this. Britt assures Brad that Nelle won’t say anything. Britt tells Brad that he needs to pull it together. Britt tries to convince Brad to be quiet. Britt tells Brad the baby is safer with him and Lucas (Ryan Carnes) because of Sonny. Britt advises Brad not to blow his relationship as she did.

Michael Tell Bobbie About The Bereavement Group

General Hospital’s Michael and Bobbie (Jackie Zeman) talk at the hospital. Bobbie tells Michael she was asked to help with the nursery. Bobbie says she discovered something and doesn’t know what to do with it. Michael asks Bobbie what she could have seen at Brad and Lucas’ that got her so upset. Bobbie tells Michael it has to do with Jonah. Michael assures Bobbie he isn’t going to fall apart. Bobbie hands Michael an envelope. Bobbie found Michael’s spoon and questioned if he meant to give it to Lucas.

advises her to put the patient behind her.

Michael tells Bobbie he didn’t mean to give the spoon away and how he imagined feeding his child with it. Michael tells Bobbie he’s getting help by going to the meetings. Michael is slowly starting not to dwell on the baby and believes he can be happy again. Bobbie tells Michael Francesca (Celesta DeAstis) has been asking about him.

Bobbie tells Michael that he made an impression with Francesca. Carly (Laura Wright) joins Michael and Bobbie; she knows how she is going to handle things. Carly plans to talk to Kevin about going after Ferncliff specifically. Carly tries to get Michael to go out on a date. Bobbie says she can tell that Michael has no intention of calling Francesca.

Nina Gives Maxie A Gift

General Hospital’s Nina buys Maxie (Kirsten Storms) shoes for her birthday. Maxie tells Nina she wasn’t alone last night. Nina asks if Lulu (Emme Rylan) was with Maxie last night. Nina assumes that Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and Ellie (Emily Wilson) came to visit with Georgie (Lily Fisher). Nina asks if that was Peter (Wes Ramsey) in the pictures with James. Nina asks Maxie what she and Peter did last night.

Nina tells Maxie about being stuck on Spoon Island. Maxie tells Nina she likes Peter as a friend but Nina loves Valentin (James Patrick Stuart), and they seem to have a problem staying away from people they should stay away from, Nina then invites Peter to be her date for Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Jordan’s (Briana Nicole Henry) wedding.

Peter Vows To Back Laura

General Hospital’s Lulu and Peter go to Charlies’ and discuss Ryan (Jon Lindstrom); she believes her stories caused Mary Pat’s (Patricia Bethune) murder. Peter gets himself and Lulu a drink and tells her the Invader is going to back Laura as mayor. Lulu and Peter talk about what Britt did to her.

Ryan Order Continued Sedation For Kevin

General Hospital’s Ryan is at Ferncliff and tells the nurse that he’s resting. The nurse mentions Kevin’s (Jon Lindstrom) medication and improvements they have made at the facility. The nurse asks if her patient needs heavy sedation with these new measures, he explains while he should be. Carly stays to speak to “Kevin”  he advises her to put the patient behind her. 

Sam and Jason Investigate Ferncliff

General Hospital’s Jason (Steve Burton) goes to Sonny’s to speak to Carly. Carly wants Jason to give up investigating Ferncliff. Jason has enlisted Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Curtis to investigate. Carly is afraid of someone recognizing Sam and Curtis at Ferncliff. Curtis tells Carly they only dealt with Mary Pat at Ferncliff. Jason and Sam are going to investigate while Curtis distracts the staff. Sam and Curtis talk Carly into letting them investigate Ferncliff.

Curtis tells the nurse he was sent by the state. Curtis tells her the guards were sleeping or on the phone. The nurse tells Curtis he has her attention. Sam and Jason make it to Carly’s old room. The nurse says it looks like Curtis’ credentials are in order. Curtis wants to know about the protocol for securing dangerous criminals in their rooms. Curtis says there are a few loopholes and he needs to identify them.
