The General Hospital recap for Wednesday, March 28, Sam Cain (Kelly Monaco) and General Hospital Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) talk and share some coffee at the PCPD.
Sam Tells Jason She Needs To Get Away
Sam tells him she needs to take the children and get away for a few days. Sam tells Jason General Hospital Drew Cain (Billy Miller) hates her and she does not want to do to Jason what she did to Drew. Jason tells Sam he regrets hurting her; that he loves her and wants to be with her only if she is all in. Sam reminds Jason they first met at the PCPD.
Maxie Says Peter Reminds Her Of Nathan
Across town, General Hospital Peter August (Wes Ramsey) helps Maxie West (Kirsten Storms) bring her luggage into her apartment when they notice a package. Maxie opens it only to realize her husband Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) sent it for the baby before he died. Maxie becomes emotional, lashing out at General Hospital Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) and Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan); blaming them for Nathan’s death. Peter tries to take responsibility but Maxie refuses to accept it. Later, Maxie tells a surprised Peter that in many ways he reminds her of Nathan.
Elizabeth and Franco Agree To Part
At General Hospital, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and General Hospital Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) discuss recent events; Franco confesses his love while Elizabeth questions her ability to him. they agree to part; promising with a kiss, to reunite once Franco has healed.
Carly Helps Drew
General Hospital Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) arrives to pick up her daughter Joslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) from Oscar Nero’s (Garren Stitt) house when she runs into Drew outside the apartment. Drew angrily informs her he and Sam have split up. Carly offers him solace then advises Drew to clean up before going in; Carly gives him a face wipe and a breath mint. Joslyn and Oscar are just about to kiss when Carly and Drew knock on the door. Oscar is surprised to see his dad in this condition and asks if he wants to talk about it. Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) arrives as Carly and Jos leave.
Dr. Bensch Kisses Kiki
General Hospital Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) runs into Dr. David Bensch (James DePaiva), who invites her to his office to tell her he awarded her the shadow position. Kiki thanks him, however, the doctor wants to celebrate further, telling Kiki she can do better. Dr. Bensch grabs Kiki and kisses her. Kiki pulls away, calling him disgusting and runs off to the med room where she collapses in tears.
